In Parliament on Friday, the Labor Party rejected a proposal by the Liberal Coalition to provide police with Australian flags to fly on their vehicles on significant national days, such as Anzac Day, Australia Day and Remembrance Day, Liberal candidate for Penrith, Tricia Hitchen said today.  

After twelve years of the Labor Government the NSW Public Service has become a bloated bureaucracy that is failing to deliver basic services, Liberal Candidate for Penrith, Tricia Hitchen said today. 

Tricia Hitchen today joined with Western Sydney Liberal Candidates Bart Bassett (Londonderry) and Karen Chijoff (Mulgoa), and Federal Member for Lindsay, Jackie Kelly to call for the preservation of more open space parkland within the western precinct of the former ADI site.

"Premier Morris Iemma’s weekend backflip on the Sydney Cross City Tunnel shows Morris Iemma’s desperation and highlights the Labor Government’s inability to manage the State’s infrastructure," the Liberal candidate for Penrith, Tricia Hitchen said today.
